After investigation and analysis at the
beginning of planning, it is found that the project has the advantages of
high-quality transportation and ecological resources. The design draws on the
TOD model, makes use of the traffic advantages to create a prosperous business
district in the north of the plot, forms a new business center and life center,
and connects the traffic with the whole business district by the air corridor.
Enlarge the advantage of existing ecological resources, plan a five-level park
system, create "one ring with two hearts, one vertical and seven horizontal,
one flower and seven leaves", create "the city life in the
garden".
